Terms and Conditions – 3D Design & Printing Services

1. Scope of Work
This service includes 3D modeling using Autodesk Fusion 360 based on client-provided specifications and the printing of the final design using FDM technology (PLA/ABS materials). The scope is limited to what is explicitly quoted. Any additional work will attract separate charges.

2. Design Ownership & File Delivery
Upon full payment, the client receives ownership of the final design files (e.g., STL, STEP, or .f3d). Taprap Nigeria Limited retains the right to use designs in its portfolio unless a confidentiality agreement is signed.

3. Printing Charges
3D printing is charged based on the estimated material weight (grams). The final amount is subject to actual sliced weight and may vary by ±5%. A revised cost will be shared before printing if significant variation occurs.

4. Revisions
Up to two (2) rounds of design revisions are included in the quoted price. Further changes will incur additional charges.

5. Payment Terms

  • 70% upfront payment is required to commence the project.

  • Remaining 30% is due before delivery of files or printed item.

  • All payments are non-refundable after design work has commenced or material has been used for printing.

6. Lead Time & Delivery

  • Design: 3–5 working days

  • Printing: 2–4 working days after design approval
Delays due to client feedback or material unavailability are not the responsibility of the provider.

7. Shipping
Shipping charges are separate and will be quoted based on location. Taprap is not liable for delays or damage during third-party delivery.

8. Warranty & Limitations

  • Printed parts are prototypes and not intended for mechanical or structural use unless specified.

  • No warranty is provided on wear and tear, handling, or misuse of printed items.

9. Cancellation & Refund
Cancellations after work has begun attract a charge proportional to the work done. Refunds are not applicable once printing has commenced or completed.

10. Liability
Taprap Nigeria Limited is not liable for any damages, losses, or claims arising from the use or misuse of the delivered design or printed products.
