TAPRAP REFUND POLICY

Taprap Nigeria Limited values customer satisfaction and strives to deliver quality service across all offerings, including Twireless Internet, Sinphox Cloud Services, training programs, and hardware products. This Refund Policy outlines when and how refunds may be requested.


1. 30-DAY MONEY-BACK GUARANTEE

We offer a 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee on eligible services. If you're not satisfied within the first 30 days of activation or purchase, you may request a full refund, subject to the conditions outlined below:

  • Applies only to new customers or first-time subscriptions.

  • Request must be submitted within 30 calendar days of service activation or purchase.

  • Refunds are not available for:

    • Services already consumed beyond reasonable use (e.g., over 20GB data for internet plans).

    • Customized software, domain names, SSL, or professional services.

    • Training programs once they have started.


2. TWIRELESS INTERNET SERVICES

  • Prepaid Plans:

    • Refunds within the first 30 days qualify under the Money-Back Guarantee.

    • After 30 days, refunds are only granted in cases of total service failure not caused by customer-side issues.

    • Partial refunds may be provided on a pro-rata basis after usage deduction and administrative charges.

  • Installation & Hardware:

    • Installation fees are non-refundable after completion.

    • Customer-premises equipment (CPE) returned within 30 days in good condition qualifies for a partial refund minus restocking fee.


3. SINPHOX CLOUD SERVICES & HOSTING

  • Eligible for the 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee for new users on annual or monthly plans.

  • Refunds not applicable to:

    • Domain name purchases

    • SSL certificates

    • Customized server configurations


4. TRAINING PROGRAMS (MECHATRONICS, CYBERSECURITY, ETC.)

  • 100% refund if cancellation is made at least 7 days before the start of training.

  • 50% refund if cancellation is within 3 days of start date.

  • No refunds once the program has started.

  • The 30-Day Guarantee does not apply to training programs.


5. HARDWARE AND DEVICE PURCHASES

  • Devices returned within 30 days in original packaging and unused condition qualify for a full refund (excluding delivery and bank charges).

  • Used or opened items may be eligible for exchange only, pending inspection.


6. REFUND TIMELINE AND METHOD

  • All approved refunds are processed within 7–14 business days.

  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method or issued as Taprap wallet credit, based on customer preference.


7. NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS AND SERVICES

  • Setup fees

  • Professional consulting

  • Domain names, SSL certificates

  • Third-party platform fees

  • Custom software or integrations
